I had this beer on-tap in a tulip at the brewery.
Appearance: rich, deep amber hue with minimal haze and a thin layer of ivory foam. The color is incredible!
Smell: rather light with a sweet caramel character and just a hint of sour. Not bad, but not a whole lot here.
Taste: smooth and sweet with a candylike fruitiness up front and a drier finish. A bit bready, but there's a nice sourness up front making this a pleasant quaff.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: a nice sour. It lacks complexity, but it's a quaffable brew.
