Handsome dark amber brew. It poured with a nice pile of foam in the Stella Artois goblet. Label says it's brewed with Citra and Amarillo hops. Really a nice aromatic brew, though hops are light and the bitterness is slight. Something like a hint of butterscotch, but nice. A little dark dankish flavor for the finish.
Tangy mouthfeel along with the touch of malty sugar. Very drinkable light beer with a kiss of hops. Fairly substantial though not overly strong for thirst quenching. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at Haggen market in Burlington today.
