Served in straight pint glass. Poured a slightly cloudy, bright yellow with about an inch of white head that had good retention and very light lacing.
The aroma was pleasingly grainy with just the right amount of balancing hops, to provide a tang. The flavors were the same, solid, smooth grains and even, balanced hops.
The body was full, smooth and even. Drinkability was excellent, a couple of pints went down quickly and easily. Overall, a very nice brew from one of the PNWs premier IPA gurus. Worth seeking out.
