Hhhoooott beer. It was a bit overwhelming to drink. Great for bloody Maries or marinade for bbqing. Its correct for for the beer style and flavor.

On tap at Tap It Brewing in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Pours a clear orange with a foamy bone colored head that settles to wisps of film on top of the beer. Small dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt and lots of Serrano and other pepper aromas. Taste is much the same with a medium amount of pepper heat that lingers on the palate with each sip. This beer has a good level of carbonation with a crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is a good beer with a great pepper smell and a tasty flavor for this style of beer.
