On tap at the brewery. Served in a pint glass.
Appearance - Black body. Nice khaki head. Nice lacing.
Smell - Mostly deep roasted malt. Like black coffee. Some grapefruit
Taste - Much more citrusy here. Grapefruit and orange. Immediately roasty. Bitterness is intense. A slight molasses sweetness longers after the bitterness dies down.
Mouthfeel - Aggressively bitter. Medium body.
Overall - Aggressively bitter and over roasty it may be, but I'm still digging it.
