On cask at the brewery. Served in a pint glass.
Appearance - Hazy orange. Slight pinkish hue. Maybe that's the lighting. Small white head, about as good as can be expected from a cask.
Smell - Orange. Bright, sweet orange fruitiness. Lemongrass and yeast make it smells phenolic.
Taste - More like an IPA here. Still lots of lemongrass and yeast flavors. It now has a distinct bubble gum flavor. Grain and grapefruit bitterness into the finish.
Mouthfeel - Medium body. Low carbonation.
Overall - Tastes like the individual ingredients. Very phenolic, which I don't love.
