On tap at the brewery. Served in a goblet.
Appearance - Hazy purple body. Medium white head with surprisingly good retention for a berliner.
Smell - Light berry aroma. A little minerally. Wheat. Lemon acidity.
Taste - Wheat is strongest. Berry behind it. Pleasant tartness. Still retains that mineral character. Cereal finish.
Mouthfeel - Very light. Well carbonated.
Overall - Gulped this down. Pretty flavorful, although Tequesta never goes overboard on the fruit additions. True tostyle, as always, from TBC.
