Poured out of a growler into a Duvel tulip.
A – Pours a nice ruby brown with a two finger white foamy head. Good retention and lacing.
S – Hops, pine and citrus all blended together.
T – Very interesting. Has an almost a light sweet mocha taste to start with caramel. Not expecting it at all. Follows with some lemony citrus and piney flavors. Has some bitterness but not much. Nice and hoppy of course. Well balanced.
M – Nice and smooth with medium body and medium carbonation. Bit drying at the end.
O – Very nice drinker. Refreshingly smooth and damn tasty.
* Reviewer is a total homer for TBC brews. Matt the brewer is the man. Reviewer suggests you go and get a few beers and try them for yourself.
