Poured from tap into a 5oz sampler glass.
Color: Amber with an off white head.
Smell: Good hop with some barley. Nice malt aroma too.
Taste: Hop, barley and a slight alcohol presence. Also a terrific malt flavor.
Mouthfeel: Medium coarse with a great finish.
Overall: A great hop brew. Reminds a bit of an IPA which I love. Really enjoyed this brew and will definitely order this again. Cheers!

Poured out of a growler into my Duvel tulip.
A – Medium caramel brown with ruby edges. One finger of slightly off white head formed and dissipated to a cover. Spotty lacing.
S – Nice fresh hops presence as you would expect. Sweet malt. Faint bitter citrus aroma.
T – Slightly roasted malt flavor up front. Sweet malts give it a nice balance to the roastiness. Slight citrus near the end with the fresh hop flavor giving it just a touch of bitterness. Finishes like a light IPA.
M – Medium mouthfeel with average carbonation. Fairly slick on the palate.
O – Very interesting brew here as it starts like a classic brown ale and finishes like an IPA. Marries the nice roasty brown taste with the fresh hops and citrus bitterness. It’s a different ride for sure and one I enjoyed. Easy drinker as well.
