Poured out of a growler into my tulip.
A – Very light golden on pour with a slight haze. Big full two fingers of crisp white fluffy head. Good retention and lacing.
S – Hints of banana and clove. Spicy. Belgian yeast aroma.
T – Very much get a banana and clove note on the start. Has a peppery spiciness to it as well. Lemon, apple and citrus. Bit of an odd sour flavor near the end. Funky. Touch of bitterness.
M – Crisp and clean and fizzy on the palate. Light bodied.
O – This was average for me. It was a bit more funky and oddly sour than I care for. Maybe its just not my style.
