On tap at the brewery. Served in a pint glass.

Appearance - Very hazy deep burnt orange. Big creamy colored head. Laces beautifully inside the glass. Murky as hell, though.

Smell - A big of a nondescript grassy and herbal hop aroma. No idea what this 342 hop is supposed to smell like, but it isn't intense. Much more toasted malt. Biscuity.

Taste - Caramel malts turn bitter and toasty. Very malty, but hops overwhelm it quickly. Earthy and very bitter. Herbal flavor in the back end.

Mouthfeel - Medium carbonation and a bucket of bittering hops. Makes it kinda rough.

Overall - This is a new experimental hop with just the number 342 right now. Not sure if they used it for aroma or bittering. Whatever its best use, this one doesn't quite hit the mark, although it's tasty and moderately drinkable.
