On tap at the brewery. Poured into a pint glass.

Appearance - Hazy deep orange. Big bubbles in a white head. Settles to a faint collar and just a few bits of lacing on the glass.

Smell - Citrusy hops. Has a slight piney resin aroma too. Very grainy. Not sure what spelt smells or tastes like, but this is grainy and toasty.

Taste - Bright and citrusy. Grain pushes through. Hefty grain and malt. Touch of sweetness. Healthy bitterness, but not oppressive.

Mouthfeel - Extremely grainy, despite the sweetness. Medium bodied. Well carbonated.

Overall - No complaints, but I'm spoiled by great IPAs and this one just wasn't all that exciting.
