On tap at the brewery. Served in a pilsner glass.
Appearance - Clear golden yellow. Small white head. A little bit of lacing inside the glass.
Smell - Pilsner malts. Some earthy hops. Simple.
Taste - Pale malt up front with a slight hint of a hop brightness. Immediate pilsner malts and a slight graininess. Earthy hops. Bite at the end from the hops.
Mouthfeel - Crisp and very flavorful. Never watery.
Overall - I really enjoy good examples of this style. Bad examples are terrible and hard to find, but this is nice.
