On tap at the brewery. Served in a pint glass.
Appearance - Clear golden body. Big white head with a thick collar and a thin layer of foam after it settles.
Smell - Big citrus hop. Orange and grapefruit. Becomes a bit sweeter smelling as it warms, like a juicy orange.
Taste - More of a grapefruit hop here. Bitterness starts almost immediately with a bit of a resiny taste. Very grainy malt character.
Mouthfeel - Light and definitely sessionable, but not watery. Flavorful all the way.
Overall - I'm digging this. Not digging how grainy it is, but everything else about it is great.
