On tap today at the brewpub.

Bright pale gold with rapid streams of upwardly mobile carbonation. Thin layer of white foam across the surface. Good head retention.

Slight floral nose, otherwise crisp and wheaty.

Flavors were similar, mild bitterness and smooth mellow wheat ruled, with some vague floral notes. Light, crisp, and clean with no off flavors. A few pints of this would certainly go down easy, simplicity is certainly underrated these days. Tailor made to convert macro drinkers...
