On tap today at the brewpub.
Murky opaque yellow orange, thin layer of foam on top. Spotty seafoam lace with random arcs dripping down the glass.
Signature banana esters and clove spice, clean and wheaty.
Flavors are similar, clove and minerally wheat, with banana notes present. Smooth and creamy feel, light bodied in general. Easy to finish a glass, not overly sweet or filling as some hefes can be. Definitely quenching on a warm summer afternoon.
