Bb date of Aug 2014. Poured into pint.
L- amber, thin beige head, hazy, lots of fine sediment.
S- roasted malts, fresh honey, some caramel, hint of apple and mandarin.
T- strong Apple, tinge of honey, with a huge acid ice sourness. Like a scrumpy cider. But with a toasted malt tinge
M- dry finish, moderate bodied,
O- the sourness is probably a product of the extended shelf life of this specimen. But it ruins the beer. Maybe look for a more fresher example.
