Light yellow, dense white head. Nose is sulfury with a good amount of dough, minimal salt and coriander. Palate is lightly tart, crisp, refreshing, rough around the edges. Mild lactic acid. A touch floral and with a little honey. Smells vaguely of flatulence and I mean that in the nicest way. Solid, though lacing in definition.
