Our take on the traditional tart wheat beer of Berlin, Germany. The refreshing citrus tartness our house lactobacillus strain contributes works well with the grain profile from the wheat.

A-golden yellow color with a decent white head and a little lacing
S-malt, sour grapes, slightly musty, herbal hints
T-lemon, malt, sour grapes, bitter and astringent finish, nice and tart
F-light body with nice crisp carbonation, dry and tart
O- a pretty nice BW with decent flavor, crisp and refreshing
