Bottle pour at Woodshop 8 held at The Hermosillo in Los Angeles, CA.
Pours a hazy orange-brown with a foamy bone head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Tiny dots of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of malt, caramel, toffee, and dark fruit aromas. Taste is much the same with caramel and malt flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of spice bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a low level of carbonation with an almost flat mouthfeel. Overall, this is a pretty good beer with some solid aromas and flavors for the style.

Super good beer, so glad it came in a 750mL. Couldn't get enough.
Dark fruit and very plum. Dark dark dark red, little to no head and slight carbonation. Great mouth feel and almost like a oud bruin. Hazy and tart with a medium body.
Too good.
Cheers!

A - Pours a nice roasted brown with a tan bubbly head that fades slowly.
S - Tartness from the Brett, then some sweetness from the bourbon, nice.
T - A touch of tartness and brett, lots of sweet delicous bourbon.
D - Good carbonation with a mediumb body.
O - Pappy barrels with Brett, and it tastes like it should. Good, and could become great.
