Picked up the Chub fill at Bar Gernika in downtown Boise for $12ish...
Shared with the usual suspects....
Decent white head... okay lacing.. the brew is very clear straw golden.. pretty.
Big lemon for the style but a nice wheat backbone develops.. light salty notes on the nose.
Palate shows a very lite briney note... lemony/lite lactic... possibly some grassy hoppiness.
Very drinkable... and again I am loving The Commons!!
3.5's across the board.

On tap at the brewery.
A: Semi-opaque lemon color with a thin white foam for a head.
N: Lemon, salt, barley, straw.
T: Tartness mixed with a touch of salt. Malty elements add minor sweetness.
M: Light and pleasing. Doesn’t attack the tongue too much.
O: Well rounded gose that’s excellent for a warm late summer evening. Not complex by any means, but it rings true for me.
