A hoppy, dry blonde ale inspired by the abbey blondes of Belgium. Very dry with a refreshing spicy hop bite from Willamette and Goldings with complementary esters from our Belgian ale strain.

A: Light orange with a moderate white head. Nice lacing.
N: Banana, clove, coriander, esters, sugar, pink peppercorn, earth and pine.
T: Yeasty with a hefty bitterness. Complex flavors, but some astringency.
M: Medium-full mouthfeel. Has a bite.
O: Nice version of a Belgian blonde. A good low ABV offering, if not quite up to some of the standards of the style.
