This Kolsch-Style Ale, is light in both body and color. Wheat and Carapils lend themselves to a light gold almost straw color, will both Perle and Tettnang hops provide a light hop bitterness and floral aroma. A good light session beer, great all year round. OG - 11.2 FG - 2.0 IBUs - 17 ABV - 5.0%

Served on-tap at Marley's.

A - Pours slightly hazy straw yellow with a thin film of white head leaving little to no lace down the glass.

S - Smells of bready wheat, light hop bitterness, and a dulled apple fruitiness. Could use a bit more flavor but still pretty nice nose.

T - Starts off with the chewy malt, never really leaving the picture throughout the experience, slowly giving way to hints of fruity apples, dulled hop bitterness, and some light sweetness. Finish is a mix of chewiness and light sweetness, lingering on the pallet for some time.

M - Medium-Light body and flavor with moderate carbonation. Crisp, smooth feel that growing a bit watery toward the end of the glass.

O - This one was ok. I could probably drink a few of these no problem but it had a weird off flavor develop as it warmed up, making it a bit harder to finish the glass.

Pours a clear pale yellow color. Very little lacing. The aroma isn't very strong, but i pick up a little bit of biscuit and hops. The taste brings biscuit and pilsner malt flavors followed by a very mild amount of hops. Nothing earth shattering here, but it's pretty good for the style. A light, mildly flavored, easy drinking beer. I could see drinking a lot of this on a hot summer day. I'm sure this will go over well here in a college town.
