Look: Slight pink haze, small head, dissipating quickly
Smell: Tart, sour cherry. Almost smelled like cherry sour patch kids. Made my mouth water.
Taste: Very tart, none of that ugly vinegar that some sours can have. The cherry came through very well and was not overdone.
Feel: Very thin and light, nothing seemed off.
Overall: This is one of the best sours I have had in PA. It didn't have the vinegar flavor a lot of lambics have, the cherry was super tart. I went to this brewery a year ago and swore I'd never be back. I was mistaken, I will stop in every time I'm in the area now. Great job!

On tap at the brewpub, a 3 year old sour blended with Yorkholo Cherry Belgian Ale.
It looks beautiful, clean, fresh with a perfect snow-white one-finger head that lasts for a while.
Stunning, complex nose- fermented apple, cider, funky juice, blue cheese drizzled with honey.
Taste follows nose, with more funk, tartness and a perfect touch of subtle cherry at the end of the sip. This beer is mighty sour, but not overtly so. Very well balanced.
The mouthfeel could use a little more body and carbonation, but it works as it is. Refreshing, spicy finish. Bready around the edges.
Overall, this is one of the best sours I have ever had. Dare I say it? Up there with the Russians.

Served in 14.5 oz. tulip at the brewpub,The appearance is hazy glowing golden pink. Odd but the reddish highlights the gold.
The nose is more sweet than sour. Heavy dark fruits with a bit of syrup.
The taste totally turns that on its head. Super sour approaching vinegary acetic acid potency. The cherries save the palate at the end but it really dries out the tongue.
Mouthfeel is cutting as expected with this type of sour. Not too much acid burn but almost.
The beer is just complex enough to rescue the sour.
I'm amazed that this type of beer is being made way out here in the wilds of north central PA. Awesome!
