This beer utilizes our German yeast strain. The aroma is
strong, dank, and assertive, with ever-present pine and black
currants. In contrast to the sweet, juicy fruit of Cheech, this
beer is sharp, resinous, and grassy. Underneath that is
some tangy orange, and spicy Meyer Lemon. The flavor is
assaulting. Sharp, West Coast bitterness, with dried citrus
and exotic spices. As this fades the beer sweetens, and the
sweet fruit comes on in the mid-palette. The finish is dry and
mineral with a lingering bitterness and dry fruit.
