A Belgian wit (wheat, white beer) beer aged on blackberries and raspberries. Modest berry nose of mainly raspberries. Flavor has some spice character from the Wit yeast, with a modest berry sweetness followed by a pronounced tart blackberry finish. This copper beer has a reddish blush and is served unfiltered.
