There’s no taming the flavor and refreshment of a Wild Cobra. Our Ozarks original sour wheat ale gains a mildly funky complexity from a mixed culture fermentation on wild sacc and brett yeast strains. But it gets wilder, with massive amounts of blueberry juice for a fruitiness that slithers alongside the bright grapefruit character of Citra hops. It’s one snake you’ll be happy to nurture in your bosom.

12oz can at the Tiger Hotel. Poured out a clear, reddish color with a small, off-white head of fizzy foam. It left minimal lacing. It smelled of blueberry, grapefruit, lemon and sweet caramel. Sweet blueberry taste with tart lemon, grapefruit and some light caramel taste.

Poured from a can. Pours a reddish grape color with a pinkish head. Smells of bread, blueberry and can tell it will be a sour. Smooth wheat ale with flavors of fruit and can kind of tell it's blueberry and a slight tartness. It's good, be a good entry beer for someone wanting to get into sour beers
