IPA brewed with Simcoe.
A - Poured a clear, golden orange color with a one-finger, khaki colored head of foam. It left thin rings of lace on the glass.
S - Strong grapefruit and pine aroma. Some toastiness, too.
T - Bitter presence up front with grapefruit and citrus. Some piney bitterness with a toasted caramel backbone.
M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a dry finish.
O - This is a really tasty IPA. I'm glad I got to try it.
