Feb. 2015: Shared bottle at local tasting. 20 IBU, ABV is 3.7%. Extremely pale yellow colour, low white head. Moderate lemony aroma, also notes of bergamot, a hint of fresh sea air. Light bodied. Medium sour and lemony flavour, a touch of salt, refreshing.

Pale greenish yellow, quite scarce foam.
In the smell salty notes, citric, and sweet orange.
Intense and varied taste, citris, of bergamotto, then coriander, then salt. Intense, considering its 3.7 ABV.
Peculiar gose, but pleasant, fresh, thirst-quenching.
Good.

Yellow color with a bit of white head. Aroma is very perfumey and lemony, somehow resembles ice tea. Taste is tart, slightly bitter, floral, fresh and slightly salty. Body is light and effervescent. Really refreshing, light and highly aromatic. A very interesting example of a gose.

Pours pale straw with a fading head.
Nose shows pepper, soft cookie dough, bready wheat and lemon.
Flavours include some buttery notes, mineral water, a little acidity. The buttery note mixes with the bready wheat to create a cake dough character.
Carbonation could be higher.

Pours a clear yellow with receding head.

Nose is initially Belgian bubblegum with a sourness behind it but as time goes on, the sourness increases and a subtle meatiness becomes present. Do get a bit of the orange peel coming through over time.

Taste is sour and bubblegum-y. Lemon juice-esque.

Mouthfeel is all about the sourness on the tongue. Quite gentle and moreish and quite spritzy.

Definitely an enjoyable and subtle beer. Spritzy carbonation gives it more presence than the 3.7% would suggest.
