Dark brow, beige foam, just a veil.
In the smell malt, dark malts, red fruit, plum. Some blackberry and raspberry.
Caramel, not too much. And not too much alcohol. Yeast, bread.
Quince. Dried figs. Almonds.
Malty taste, dried plums, intense fruitiness, almond, dark candy sugar.
Caramel, biscuit.
When it warms, some more boozy notes in the smell, but totally acceptable.
Fruity and malty aftertaste, along with sugar. Full and long.
Good beer.
