It's a 100% Brett claussenii IPA that we brewed here with Menno from the DeMolen brewery in Holland. It was brewed 14 months ago during last years Culmination Festival.

Pours clear and light gold with 4 fingers of thick, fluffy white head that lingers for several minutes. Nice lacing and retention. Nose had lots of wood and funk up front with only very subtle hints of fruity hop. Taste hits up front with some brett funk and the bitter from the hop, but very little fruit or vegetal hop flavor. Almost comes across as a mild sour under lots of bittering. The taste gets more complex as it warms. Feel is very dry and biting with just the right carbonation.
This is a very good beer, but don't be expecting a regular ipa profile when you try this. It is a unique taste profile when compared to other brett ipa's, but great for those who love some funk outside the typical fruity saison profile.
