Poured from a can (no date I could find) into a plastic tumbler
L: very hazy, darker orange with a decent white head. Minimal lacing, good legs which seems abv appropriate
S: some overripe fruit but it’s a more general aroma than anything specific. Good amount of sweetness, I figure malt/abv driven
T: same as the nose, there’s some fruit but I mostly get that malty sweetness and some yeasty notes. Kind of hard to describe, and quite muddled
F: medium carbonation, medium-ish body with some syrupy thickness
O: not a drain pour, but think the main draw here is high abv. Didn’t find the flavor to be well defined, but meh here

16 oz can from Tavour. Hazy orange pour with thick, fluffy head. Citrusy, bitter aroma, orange zest. Taste features a nice zing, bitter, tangy, sweet. Thick, creamy feel. Smooth for a high ABV beer.

Pours a typical hazy orange dipa. The head is thicker than most quad ipas!
Smells of sweet malts, pineapple, tangerines, alcohol. Tastes of vodka spirits, mango, pineapple, and pears. This is one slick puppy. For how huge the alcohol and hop bitterness is, the malts balance it out perfectly! This is why I’m giving this imply ipa a great score!

Features Mosaic and Strata hops... 3/1/19 canning... Deep golden color, opaque under a fat off-white head... Lots of tropical fruits suggested here... Big-bodied beer has some flesh and chew, but there is a sharp bitter edge cutting enough to break through the sugars and present clean, fine, pine and clenching grapefruit notes... Somehow manages to leave a fruity, bitter, slightly dank (!), and slightly spicy (!!) shellac behind...
Really diggin' it - and diggin' the great artwork on these high abv DIPAs from Anchorage...
