16 oz can from Tavour. Hazy, milky pour, soft fluffy head. Aroma is grapefruit peel , kind of tart. Taste is also very citric, sweet and tart at the same time. Both of these factors mask the relatively high ABV . Juicy, bitter.

The Elk Prince is a Triple IPA from Anchorage Brewing that's made with Lotus, Southern Passion Equinox, and Mosaic hops, the double dry hopped with Vic Secret, Citra, and Mosaic hops. Wowzas this beer is good. It's super crushable, and it's got amazing flavor. It's like orangey and smooth on the front, but then a nice bitterness in the back, and it just lingers very nicely. It's scary how crushable it is at over 10%. Overall amazing beer. Would try again.

Pale and cloudy yellow-orange body; thick and frothy white head, rocky and lasting. Very nice aroma, comprised of bready malt and a mild generic citrus quality. The taste delivers excellent biscuit and bread crust flavors with delicious hop bitterness elements; some tartness and earthiness. Heavy body; smooth and velvety; textured; alcohol dryness throughout and dry overall for the mouthfeel.
This is a fine triple IPA, dry and chewy, not overly sweet or juicy.
