16 oz can from Tavour. Hazy amber with huge rocky head. Hoppy, citrus aroma. Rich caramel malts coupled with dank hops, but tame and very approachable for a high ABV IPA.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 8/23/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden/orange/amber color with a 1-2finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, guava, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, white grape/wine, wood, light peppercorn/pine, honey, white bread dough, biscuit, light caramel/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/light earthy hops, and dark/bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, guava, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, white grape/wine, wood, light peppercorn/pine, honey, white bread dough, biscuit, light caramel/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, guava, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, white grape/wine, wood, peppercorn, pine, honey, white bread dough, biscuit, light caramel/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/light earthy hops, and dark/bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, lightly sticky, and slightly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Mild increasing warmth of 11.4% after the finish. Overall this is a fantastic Triple NEIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/light earthy hops, and dark/bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to sip on for the huge ABV; with the mildly sticky/resinous/drying finish; awesome soft/silky feel for the ABV. Fantastic Nelson Sauvin, Vic Secret profile. Super juicy, and lightly dank/earthy hops; with a nice sized wheat/oat/malt balancing. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyably offering, and fantastic style example as expected.

Pineapple and citrus aroma. Initially, slightly sweet on the palate, with delicious papaya, pineapple and citrus. Resinous pine at the end for a moderately bitter finish.
