16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 12/18/2019. Pours opaquely hazy deep golden/orange/amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew, watermelon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, red apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew, watermelon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, red apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, mango, honeydew, watermelon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, red apple, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, white bread dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no lingering hop astringency after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; very smooth, creamy, bready, and fairly sticky/resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.4%. Overall this is a fantastic NEDIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish; great soft feel. Stated as having 10 DDH hop varieties: I am seeing Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, Motueka, El Dorado, and Nelson Sauvin the most. Very juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank/earthy hops; with a nice sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and impressive spot on style example as expected of the brewery.

16 oz can from Tavour. Hazy, milky body with an initial two finger creamy head. Citrusy aroma, grapefruit, lemon, pineapple. Taste brings what seems like a touch of lactose sweetness, citrus punch flavors and a light bitterness that stays on the palate for a while. Smooth, creamy.

Pours a hazy opaque yellow orange. Two fingers of white creamy head.
Nose is citrus, tropical fruit, grassy hops.
Taste is grassy hops first with sweet tropical fruit afterwards. A hint of sweetness, but not much. Mild malt backbone.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation.
A good entry from Anchorage but not spectacular. Simply good.

16 oz can
Pours hazy golden, pillowy white head dissipates to suds.
Aroma of fresh citrus, sourdough bread malt, zest, tropical fruit notes, and herbal and earthy hops.
Tastes of fresh citrus, tropical fruit, zesty and herbal notes, and a bready malt undertone.
Medium body, light stinging carbonation on the roof of the mouth.
Quality NEIPA. Flavor is very good. Very refreshing and easy drinking. I could drink this often.
