16 oz. can. Pours a murky pink, a little deeper than grapefruit juice. Smells of hibiscus primarily. Some grapefruit and citrus behind it. Tastes of grapefruit and orange with hibiscus. The hibiscus either adds sweetness or is amplified by the sweetness. A touch of booze. Medium heavy. Good, but not something I'd drink much of.

*Poured into a Teku glass from a 16oz can*
This beer poured a foggy pastel light-red color. The color was super interesting--since I've never seen anything like it before--but it was a bit ugly to look at. The head was white and a finger thick, which unfortunately didn't have much retention to it at all.
The aroma was both fruity and floral. I was able to get juicy aromas of raspberries, peaches, cranberries, and a bit of cherries, but the dominating aroma on this was of course, hibiscus. Despite this, I just wish that the aroma was a bit stronger, since I thought the aroma was a little faint/weak.
Notes of hibiscus, peaches, and raspberries filled my palate upfront which then arrived to notes of sweet and tart cherries in the middle and floral hibiscus and malty breadiness in the finish. This beer was only slightly bitter and was only perceived in the finish. Other than that, this beer was overall refreshingly sweet, tart, and slightly sour.
This beer was medium-bodied and had a moderate level of carbonation. It was slightly dry from start to finish and it didn't really have a strong aftertaste to it. This was a fairly mellow, easy drinking, and inoffensive beer. I'm a huge fan of floral flavored anything, so I would definitely buy this again if Anchorage ever decides to release this again.
