Hundreds of hand pressed hundred of lilikois from the Big Island of Hawaii added to a single French oak cask of sour beer. Aged for a year and hand bottled in 375ml green champagne bottles.

Bottle at the brewery. No head. Slightly cloudy vibrant gold. Mainly clear.
I don’t know what lilikoi is but I like them. Supposed to be some sort of passionfruit and I can see it. Tropical and tart. Big berry flavor. A bit of lemon citrus. Very enjoyable.
