330ml draft
Pours a finger of white head into a flute glass. Retention is average. Lacing is very patchy. Body is golden yellow, crystal clear, with a low nucleation. Looks alright.
Nose is cracker, light bread, noble hops. Smells nice.
Flavor is pretty hop forward and very spicy. Little to no malt character. Tastes great.
Carbonation is quite high. Light bodied but the carbonation has it drink bigger than that. Bitterness is medium-high. Really well attenuated but not dry. The carbonation is noticeably high but overall a decent mouthfeel.
Drinkability is good.
As usual, a far lighter malt base than imported versions. Does a good job of staying flavorful at 3.5% while not being overbearing with hops.

poured from a 16oz can into a SP willi becher pint glass. pours a clear straw gold with a bit of chill haze to it and almost two fingers of soapy white foam head. this sucker is super vegetal on the nose. almost funky with some crackery malt. i expected a little spicier hop flavors and aromas but it’s very mild with a full, crisply carbonated mouthfeel. pretty solid lager.

16oz can poured into a tonic pint
A- slow pour produces a clear pale yellow with a massive four-finger pillowy white head that has good retention
S- toasted cracker malt, bread crusts, honey, equal parts floral and spicy peppery hops. A bit of doughy malt to close it out
T- light and malty up front with some cracker malt and some doughy undertones. Mid-palate brings out a hint of lemon peel and fresh grass, followed by some floral and peppery hop notes. The finish gives toasted malt and just a hint of floral hops lingering
M- light body with moderate carbonation leads to a foamy mouthfeel that continues into a crisp, dry finish. High drinkability
O- well balanced and super drinkable

A: Pours a crystal clear pale bright yellow in color with heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint very pale golden yellow + pale straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has a four finger tall pillowy fluffy sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a large three finger thick cap in the center of the glass covering about 80% of the surface of the beer surrounded by a large patch of thick film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a very thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of biscuit + bready + grainy malts with minimal amounts of grainy sweetness. Light to moderate aromas of grassy + spicy hops and moderate aromas of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of biscuit + bready + grainy malts with minimal amounts of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are slightly heavier than light flavors of grassy + spicy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving a relatively clean finish.
M: Light bodied with heavy amounts of carbonation. Crisp with light amount of dryness and a relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshingly light crisp + clean mouthfeel. Enjoyable with very nice flavors/aromas of pilsner malts + Saaz hops as well as lager yeast. Perfect complement as I smoked a turkey breast for the second preparation of turkey over the Thanksgiving week.

Mostly clear golden body and huge white head, thick white lacing abounds. Pretty classic pilsner malt meets grassy and floral hops with pale bready lingering notes in both smell and taste. Taste gets more doughy depth, nose more freshness to the botanicals. Feel is a little behind the initial yeast and hop burst, higher carbonation and bready otherwise defines, very easy drinking on a hot afternoon

Pale straw colored body; lively carbonation; fairly thick, sudsy, white head. Mild cereal grain aroma; a bit floral and grassy. Nice mild biscuit-like base flavor with a mild-to-moderate hop bitterenss; slight herbal presence. Light body; crisp with a mellow dryness throughout.
This is a fine, no-nonsense pilsner. It hits the spot.
