Picked this up at Evil Twin NYC little earlier today.
Appearance: Hazy body coming off a creamy yellow with a white head which rose maybe half a fingers length off the body.
Smell:Might floral almost lavender like aroma which smell great but light.
Taste: what a flowery Brew, bitter almost like I'm tasting sunflower, has a sweet yellow grapefruit juice property to the beer with another dose of lemon skin. Hops are extremely overpowering which give the beer a sourdough bread feel.
Mouth: very sticky body but it does come off a tad dry. Soft carbonation with a very very sticky body.
Overall: very good beer, a case different than what I imagined I can assure you it's probably because of the Alaskan water that was used to make the beer. Which is obviously the first ingredient to any beer. Salud!

cashmere and strata in the beauty, on the edge of too intense, like it takes a little getting used to, but its neither harsh nor vegetal somehow, despite its intensity, and i walk away with the flavor sort of permanently burned into my palate, which is a good thing in this instance because its delicious. rather dense haze to this one, somewhere between straw and pale orange, an average inch of white head on it. it almost seems like there has to be some cryo hops in here, its so intense in nose and taste but never gets green, i would think this would be oversaturated with pellets alone, but i could be wrong. a honey stickiness runs through it heavying it up some, but the grain is sort of creamy and soft, not sweet at any point either, grounded and grounding in fact. the hops hit with kiwi fruit, pineapple, coconut, lemon curd, and lemon verbena, and there is a ton of oil carrying them, freshness seems off the charts, but thats how it should be on tap at the brewery! its got some dankness to it, and i get an almost instant allergic type high from it, this is super intensely hopped to me. id love to have these flavors in a pale ale or something a little more delicate and drinkable, because the hop profile is awesome, but the whole thing seems on steroids even with a well disguised alcohol strength, this is not a very drinkable beer, although it has good carbonation and all, its just on the edge of too much of a good thing, and some scaling back would add some benefits for most drinkers i suspect. that said, few do it like these guys do, and catching this so fresh is part of what made it for me, pungent as they come, but undeniably delicious!

16 oz. can from Tavour. Everything from Anchorage I've had so far has been fantastic; this was no exception. Cloudy juicy NEIPA, very enjoyable. Worth finding.

Somewhat hazy orange appearance with a huge white head. Very dank aromas of grapefruit, papaya, lime, melon, mango, and pine. Taste is very fruit up front, like wow, but it is short lived and left with watery bread and piney hops. Still a solid neipa given the soft and full body to go with the dankness and dry hops juiciness, just want a little more in the middle

Hazy, peach colored body topped with a decent head, thick and sculpted; rings of foam scale the glass. Dank and resinous aroma infused with elements of mango and faint citrus scents; pineapple. Fairly sweet taste yet a bit muted; pineapple, grapefruit and orange; bread-like malt base; fine hop bitterness coursing through the beer; some booziness. Heavy body; a bit sharp and acidic yet also having a mildly creamy character as well.
This is another fine beer from Anchorage. It may be a tad boozy but is otherwise fairly robust and complex.
