Still on the fence about 100% Galaxy hops. Hazy lemonade. Good pineapple and passion fruit hop aroma and flavor with light piney character. Good balance with light bitterness. Medium bodied and fairly smooth. Prefer the regular version.

Appearance: Pours a slightly translucent but still cloudy goldenstraw; capped by a three finger head that sticks impressively, clumps of lacing are left behind
Smell: Shortbread malt and grapefruit pith
Taste: Stong fusel alcohol tones throughout overwhelm the subtler elements, both in the malt and the pithy grapefruit; moderate to high bitterness but the finish has a touch of aspirin
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate to high carbonation; some warmth in the gullet
Overall: I like the bitterness here but am not a fan of the fusel alcohol and aspirin tones

One finger of creamy white foam with a few rocks; excellent Retention; heavy ring; heavy lacing; barely hazy deep gold. Nose is citrus, floral, peach. Mild bitter grapefruit peel; peach; passionfruit. Medium plus body; fluffy feel (lactose); moderate minus carbonation; no astringency; no warmth from abv. Overall bright grapefruit, passionfruit flavors; good balance of bitter hops and sweet malt base; not as flavorful as their other IPAs, but solid.

Pours a darker golden color with a medium head that stay around for a while. Aroma is tropical fruit with the taste being the same with a light bitterness. Doesn't taste like a double IPA. BOD 12-13-2024

Dense hazy/milky golden yellow with two plus fingers of frothy just off white head.
Big tropical fruit aroma - mango, ripe pineapple, a cotton candy note; slightly dank with a stinky fruit note.
Anticipating tropical sweetness but hit with a slightly dank hop punch - earthy, papaya, mango - there is a tropical note with hints of coconut. A slightly astringent bitterness with grapefruit pith dominates at back, but avoiding hop burn.
Creamy medium full mouthfeel - earthy and tropical hops balancing sweetness with bitterness nicely.

Thick dull golden hazy look with a thick just offwhite head. Potent fruity tropical citrus nose on this baby but can the flavor stand up…a lot going on with the flavor, you got sweet fruit blast followed by a pithy grapefruit rind/ caramel malt finish with the corresponding bitterness, sticky bitterness. Thicker with ok carbonation, not my favorite mix here.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color and has some hints of whitish hues. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of peaches are present in the nose along with notes of grapefruit.
T: The taste has moderate flavors of passion fruit with notes of peach and grapefruit. There is a light to moderate amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I thought that the taste of this beer was rather complex for a single hop IPA.

16oz can from Tavour. Thick, hazy pour, color of straw or dried mustard, skin of head. Floral aroma, citrusy. Hoppy taste, grapefruit peel, greens, more floral. Thick and creamy. Subtle, but a lot going on at all levels.
