Dark, heavy color, coal-black and opaque; dense, creamy head, lasting and light brown in color. An amazing aroma combining massive amounts of cocoa, milk chocolate, dark roast coffee and vanilla sweetness. Stunning taste; reemphasizes the smell qualities but adds a zesty cinnamon component and a subtle alcohol presence; sweet and chocolatey. Heavy body, slick and oily in texture; velvety residual sugar; mildly sticky.
A truly amazing and complex oat stout loaded up with adjuncts. Rich and complex and a fine sipper.
Pouring temperature: 43 °F; canning data: unknown

Beautiful! Jet black, big frothy light brown head, lacing all over the glass. What a smelly beer this is, in a good way. Coffee floods the snot locker then I get a bit of chocolate, taste is phenomenal, coffee, cinnamon, vanilla and some sweetness from the milk sugar. Thick'n chewy, smooth'n creamy. I bought one can, should've bought a case!
Edit: With all the added junk, I'm surprised I liked this at all!

16oz can from Tavour. Black, slick pour, ring of brown head, streaky lacing. Aroma comes in this order: coffee, chocolate, cinnamon. Taste brings out more of the cinnamon, vanilla is detected, coffee provides a nice mellow bitterness. Creamy and smooth.

This one pours a fairly dark black color, with a small head, and a bit of lacing.
This one smells like spicy cinnamon, roasty coffee, very sweet vanilla, gum, and dark chocolate.
There's a weird gumminess to this one that luckily faded a bit once it warmed. The very spicy cinnamon attack also faded a bit as the beer got to room temperature - it's overall a very good idea to let this one sit for a bit. The coffee flavor is well done, but the vanilla adds a very creamy and cake-like sweetness that's almost overwhelming.
This is pretty thick, especically for the ABV, with a creamy and cloying finish.
There were some issues with this one, even though it still ended up being decently tasty after about 25 minutes of sitting in the glass.

I really enjoyed this. Cinnamon coffee on the nose, with the vanilla featuring more on the palate and intensifies with temp. Palate is fairly dry and malty, hitting pretty bitter until you let it warm up. True-to-style, and dangerously crushable.

A - Black pour with massively sticky, burnt toffee colored lacing sticking to the glass like glue.
S - Coffee and vanilla dominate the nose with a little bit of cinnamon mixed in. Big, thick aroma explodes from the glass.
T - Coffee bean and dark chocolate roast immediately sets the tone up front and stays throughout the entire sip. Cinnamon presence adds some heat on the palate with some residual vanilla. Lingering dark cocoa on the back side.
M - Big, thick texture that's silky smooth, some warming in the back of the throat, and leaves a chalky residue in the mouth.
O - I never know what to expect when it comes to cinnamon because it can dominate and be polarizing. It was in your face on the first several sips but after my palate adjusted it subsided a little bit letting more chocolate roasted malt come through. This one is growing on me and the aroma is intoxicating and pleasing.

Anchorage is always on the watch list and excitement was abound with Happy Alone. The oat stout screams coffee from the first sip to the last. The vanilla and cinnamon are perfect accents, transforming the coffee stout into a full package. The result is a complex coffee drink that is rounded through all the flavors

Brownish black pour with a tan head. Dark chocolate, coffee, oatmeal, and vanilla with a cinnamon kiss in the nose. Taste has huge coffee and metal aftertaste. Body has good oat cremainess, light booziness, dry and thinner on finish, coffee percolation is potent bordering harsh.
