Hazy, yellow color. Medium-sized, white head. Tropical fruits dominate the aroma. Hoppy, light, and bitter.Easy to drink.

so stoked these guys are selling beer in idaho now, been good to drink through many of them. this is among their best hoppy beers ive ever had, i love this thiolized ale yeast in here, definitely the future for sure, but i am frustrated by the lactose, everyone trying to do these candied hop things now, such a great hop profile, it doesnt need to be sweetened or creamed, my only critique of this otherwise exquisite offering. i love how low alcohol this is too, so many of their hoppy beers are enormous in alcohol and body, and this is easy on both counts, really nice design and build. yellow and starchy and hazy looking, average white head from the pint can, no more sediment towards the bottom or anything, pretty pale and washed out looking, but lively too, and the smell almost fills the room. this yeast is amazing, and it brings out the absolute core essences of the nelson and the motueka, as well as the more familiar citra, just epic expressions of these hops in the nose, soft grain backing, wheaty to me, some protein, simple, dry even with the lactose in the aroma, and as fresh as it gets. the flavor is quite as pronounced and pungent as the nose but its pretty close, plus i think i am used to it a little now after smelling it so hard and so long. big juicy fruity hops from pineapple candy to fresh sliced tangerine, muddled lemongrass, springy white wine, fresh flowers, and even key lime, just fantastic, the yeast unlocking the true glory of these hops. i dont mind the lactose sweetness but i dont need it, it extends this pleasantly and may balance out or smooth over some greenness, but its unnecessary and it adds a little weight to this. very low bitterness, but very high potency in terms of the hop flavors, so bold and popping fresh, truly special. i think we will see a lot more thiolized yeast in hoppy beer moving forward, too much potential here not to explore on a massive scale. this blew me away!

Nice pale yellow body, cloudy; fair head, thin and white, a bit frothy. Nice aroma; weedy and herbal; a bit earthy; very mild citrus background. Initially strong grapefruit taste; fermented peach; a hint of oats; relatively light bitterness. Medium body; tangy; light juiciness; a tad weak and watery.
I suppose this should be considered a NEIPA light beer. And it's not bad per se, just a bit weird considering the heavier profile most beers of this kind strive for. The low ABV is nice yet doesn't do justice for the overall flavor and mouthfeel of the beer. Fair but underwhelming.
