Appearance - Pours a cloudy pineapple gold with two fingers of foamy white head that dissipates on the quick side.
Smell - Tart tropical fruit (pineapple, passion fruit), gooseberry, white grape, orange zest, lemon and lime, bready/grainy malts.
Taste - Lightly tart fruits (both tropical and citrus in nature) as noted above, with lemon and lime shining through. Balanced with light grainy malts.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with light to moderate carbonation. A tad sticky and dry.
Overall - A NEIPA that isn't too heavily juice forward; rather, it showcases the hops in a refreshing, easy to drink manner.
