375 mL bottle. Clear golden. Smells of Brett, lime, a little passion fruit. Earthy yeast. Taste is well balanced between Brett and acidic fruit. Earthy up front, followed by passion fruit and then very tart lime. Brett and oak in the back cut the acidity. Lingering lime. Moderate tartness, despite that the lime is very strong. Anchorage always manage to make high quality sours that I wouldn't like from other breweries.

Golden color. Big, white head. Passion fruit and lime in the funky aroma. Tart taste with fruity notes. Refreshing.

Pours medium-hazy yellow, with lots of sediment in my second pour. The nose and taste feature notes of lemon-lime, passionfruit, salinity, funk, oak, and a subtle note of ginger or cinnamon. Medium+ tartness with a lightly dry finish. The mouthfeel and carb are light to medium for the style. Overall, pretty good. An enjoyable but unremarkable beer that becomes more sour as I keep sipping on it.

A mixed culture sour ale fermented and aged in Missouri oak, with saison yeast, brettanomyces, and our house mixed culture. Dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin. Finished on passionfruit, peach, & key lime
A: Pours with a light haze, a golden/yellow color. A two finger white head forms with good retention and lace left behind.
S: A fruit medley in the nose. Peach and lime are up front and most noticeable. With some pie crust. It is enjoyable, if a bit muddled..
T: Again a sweet, fruity, "juicy" medley of peach and lime. Other generic fruits that I can't really pin down. The bottle just says passion fruit, so yeah that works. Cinnamon and pie crust. Just a touch of acidity.
M/O: A medium body and spritzy carbonation. I would like this to finish drier. Not hard to drink, but becomes a bit of a muddled fruit salad after a while.
I would like more of the characteristics to come from the Brett, mix cultured yeast, and hops. Though I mostly get the added fruits. While that is far from bad, I have had many Saisons and Wild Ales that pull similar characteristics better without all the added fruits. Again, not bad at all, but less than the sum of its parts for me.
