Starting with a fluffy base brewed with Sabro Incognito and fermented with Thiol boosting yeast for a beer soaked in tropical notes. Then double dry hopped it with Strata for even more succulence.

Cloudy, orange color. Big, white head. Melon, peach, honey, pine, and malt in the aroma. The taste is on the sweet side with a moderate hoppy bitterness at the end.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Hazy straw color, small white creamy head. Aroma is over-ripe fruit, melon, stone fruit, light tropical notes. Taste brings citrus first (tangerine), followed closely by stone fruit (apricot), then honeydew melon, finishing with a small, but noticable, bitter bite. Lush and creamy, melted sorbet feel.

Fantastic triple IPA, maybe my favorite of all time - never too cloying or overpowering with alcohol burn or sweetness. Beautiful pale orange haze wit ha fluffy white head. The Sabro pops with unique vibes of pine, mint, cedar, fresh-cut grass, lime juice...there is some coconut as well as some sweet dankness, which could be the Strata. We love finding Anchorage brews in ID.
