Extremely good and unique experience. I first tasted this fresh and it was super bright, juicy, and a bit zippy and sharp.
Had a chance to age a can for a year and it’s mindblowing the evolution. Way deeper, richer, balanced, and delicious than fresh. Never ecountered such success with can-aging a hazy ipa.

Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 11/2/23.
Appearance: medium-dark golden hue with a moderate haze and a thick finger of pillowy ivory foam atop.
Smell: lightly sweet with a kind of pastel tropical fruit aroma (I can’t think of a better way to put this right now) - kinda Fruit Stripe-y, but more muted that that. It’s interesting, and I like it, although it stops just short of being juicy.
Taste: there’s definitely a sweetness here, but it’s not overpowering. Hops are that same kinda odd, tropical in a guava-papaya kind of way, and muted in a way that I might describe as “chalky” but that doesn’t really do it justice. Again, I like it, but it’s almost TOO muted, you know?
Mouthfeel: medium body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: kind of an odd beer; once you’ve had as many different beers as I have, not much feels new. This beer, though, definitely has some atypical things going on. I like it, but it probably wouldn’t become my go-to.
