Nice tropical hop aroma and flavor. Galaxy > Motueka thankfully! Nicely balanced with light bitterness. Medium bodied and creamy smooth.

I poked around my fridge and noticed I had not reviewed this beer; I enjoy an IPA from Anchorage Brewing. I am using a tulip glass and serving the beer at 46 degrees. The pour created a frothy, foamy, airy, two-fingered, white head with above-average retention. The slow dissipation left lots of lacing on the glass. The beer appears pale straw with light golden yellow and cloudy, and the charts are at SRM 04. The overall appearance of the beer is excellent.
Nosing the glass, I smell pineapple, lemon, mandarin oranges, yeast, floral bouquet, white pepper, melons, peaches, and lightly toasted bread crust.
Sipping the beer, I taste mangos, lemons, oranges, light herbal, floral esters, white pepper, pears, peaches, malty sweetness, toasted bread, lightly toasted malts, a hint of malty sweetness, crackers, grassy, and a skosh of melons.
The mouthfeel is astringent, and the finish is soft and dry. The body is medium with medium carbonation.
It's another IPA from Anchorage that does not disappoint. It has full flavor and a bright hop profile. I enjoy sipping on this beer on this warmish pre-spring day.
