Black body with brown hints, no head. Aromas of both barrels, rye more than bourbon barely, with cinnamon, roasted hazelnuts, and fresh orange peel right there almost instantly. Taste adds some roasty chocolate to the proceedings, orange is stronger than the rest by a little, barrels are supporting but now the bourbon is stronger, but the balance felt better in the nose. The body stays lighter with the high booze well hidden, adjunct textures, especially cinnamon tickle the tongue, lighter than a stout which is welcome. Very festive for the holidays and a unique beer
