Aged 28 months in 15-year Calumet Farms bourbon barrels. Finished on toasted coconut.

Look - Pours a super dark brownish-black color with no head, and a just a bit of coconut sediment floating at the top.
Smell - Smells of bourbon, fig, and molasses.
Taste - Bourbon, fig, chocolate, molasses, and malt. I can't detect the coconut, but that won't impact my score.
Feel - Smooth, I can barely feel the 16%ABV.
Overall - A nice quadruple; I wonder how much the coconut impacted the flavor even though I'm not specifically tasting it.
