Aged 30 months in a mix of Willet Rye, Bookers, Heaven Hill 15 Year Malt Whiskey, and Hemingway Rye Whiskey Barrels. Transferred to fresh barrels 4 times throughout the aging process.

Look - brown liquid, maybe a swirl of head
Smell - sweet boozy brown sugar
Taste - boozy brown sugar
Feel - surprisingly thin and delicate
Overall - obviously a sipper, and a nice one, worth the experience but I would make too much of a habit of drinking these types of beers…(!)
